Phil De La Zerda is the director of worldwide sales and business development for the Intel Developer Products Division. Phil has worked in software technology for over 25 years, spending much of his early career in the electronic design automation industry. He has been with Intel since 1997, where he began as Intel's Itanium® ISV program manager, then moved into a new group in 1999 focused on Intel® software development products. Phil helped to build Intel's software product business throughout the following years, and today his team spans the globe with Intel software representatives in China, Korea, Japan, India, South America, the United States, and Europe. Throughout 2006 and 2007, Phil has traveled the globe speaking about parallel programming and multi-core platforms, and has written or been featured in many articles on this topic.

Sanjun Gu is general manager of the software product business unit for ECS Technology (China) Ltd. Prior to this, he was an IBM business unit vice president and general manager of the system product business unit. He has rich professional experiences in the IT industry, and expertise in strategic development.

Welles Hu Haiwei, is content structure director of CNET's China business group. He is responsible for the structural and overall design and product plan for enterprise-class IT Web sites. Welles supports the operation and development for some of the leading Web sites for IT professionals and business decision makers, including ZDNet China and CNETNews. He has presided over and participated in R&D for major Web site products since joining ZDNet China in 1997. He holds a number of technical certifications, including MCSE, SCJP, and Microsoft MVP.

Annie Lau is the regional sales and marketing manager for Intel® software products, establishing the channel sales, network, and marketing programs with all major Intel partners in Asia Pacific and Japan. She started with Intel Semiconductor Limited in 1991 as regional advertising and promotion manager. She was promoted to regional public relations group manager in 1994. She has held many senior marketing positions at Intel, including Internet marketing and global programs. Annie's degree is in marketing and communication. She graduated from the executive MBA program of the Chinese University of Hong Kong with the Dean's award.


Wei Lin is Intel Business Development Manager in China with the Intel Software and Solutions Group. He has over 15 years of IT experience in China, working as a customer service engineer, project manager for Nantian Electronic Information Co., Ltd., south China regional sales manager for Siemens Nixdorf and 3Com, east China sales manager for Oracle, and account director for PeopleSoft, before joining Intel in 2004. Wei received his B.S. in electronics from Zhejiang University and a master's in financial and investment management from China Renmin University.

Christian Staudinger, worldwide channel manager for the Intel Developer Products Division, joined Intel Corporation in 2001. Staudinger manages relationships with distributors, resellers, and OEMs worldwide. He has led the introduction of Intel® software products to channel partners worldwide, making them the primary distribution arm. Previously, Staudinger was product manager for Digital Visual Fortran, the world-leading channel sales product line for Compaq.

Wen-Hann Wang is vice president of the Software and Solutions Group (SSG), and general manager of Software and Solutions and Product Development in China. Prior to his current assignment, he served as general manager of the Middleware Products Division in the Intel Software and Solutions Group. Wen-Hann joined Intel in 1991 as an Intel® Pentium® Pro Platform architect, working on the highly successful P6 product family. His platform architecture and analysis work was instrumental in the creation of the Intel® Xeon® server product line. He served as platform infrastructure research manager of the newly formed Intel Microprocessor Research Lab (MRL) in 1995, and later became director of the Emerging Platforms Lab, delivering cutting-edge technologies and reference platforms for Intel product groups. In 2000, Wen-Hann relocated to Shanghai to head up the Technology Development Division of SSG, developing software technologies and reference designs to accelerate growth in emerging markets. Wen-Hann holds 15 patents and has received numerous technical awards. Prior to joining Intel, he was a research staff member at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center. Wen-Hann received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University in 1981, a master's in electronic engineering from Philips International Institute of Technological Studies, (Eindhoven, Netherlands), in 1985, and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Washington in 1989.
